Providence Classical School equips students to successfully transition into life after high school, becoming lifelong learners who will continue to grow in knowledge, wisdom, love of God, and service for the glory of Christ.
The goal of Providence’s academic advising is to encourage, counsel, and guide students into the will of God. Providence Classical School prepares all students to enter a four-year university. Additionally, students who feel God’s call to enter military service, vocational training, or to directly enter the work force will receive support to make decisions that align with their calling.

Resources for Upper School Parents and Students
Official Transcript Request
Use the link above to send an email to the Registrar to request official transcripts. Include the student’s full legal name and the email address of the school/scholarship agency where the transcript should be sent. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Transcripts may be sent in electronic format (no charge).
Note: A transcript is only official when sent directly from the Registrar’s office; transcripts sent by students or parents are not considered official.
Common App
This is the application tool for most colleges and universities. Students are encouraged to create a Common App account in the spring of their junior year, or no later than the fall of their senior year.

Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
All Seniors complete the FAFSA form in the fall of their senior year as a necessary step for college applications. FAFSA completion allows students to be considered for scholarships, loans, and financial aid.

South Carolina Scholarships and South Carolina Tuition Grants
South Carolina offers merit-based scholarships based on a student’s SAT and/or class rank and GPA. Students do not have to apply for these scholarships, which are applicable at any college or university in South Carolina.
