varsity boys
The Varsity Boys program put together a historic, banner year, tying the school record for the most wins in program history with 16 victories. The Paladins played with exceptional discipline and camaraderie all winter, making a thrilling postseason run that ultimately concluded with a hard-fought loss in the State Semifinals to Liberty Prep. The league took notice of our young men’s excellence on the court, honoring three Paladins with All-Conference selections:
• Grafton Eiff – First Team All-Conference
• Malachi Thompson – First Team All-Conference
• Nolan Mitchell – Honorable Mention
varsity girls
The Varsity Girls played their finest basketball in highly competitive, memorable matchups against Northpoint Christian Academy and UR Academy. The program also celebrated two historic individual achievements this season:
• Laney Britz: Pulling double-duty for both squads, Laney led the Varsity offense and became the first seventh-grader in MAAC history to earn First Team All-Conference honors
• Elizabeth Rahalewicz: Serving as the backbone of the defense, this standout senior concluded her time at Providence with a well-deserved Second Team All-Conference selection.
middle school boys
The 2025-26 Providence Classical Middle School basketball team was led by 8th graders Isaac Freeze, Jacob Bridges and Griffin Crotts. Highlights of the season included close wins over Westminster Catawba Christian and St. Michael.
